TalentNomics India is an affiliate of TalentNomics Inc. TalentNomics India is based out of New Delhi, India.  Ipsita Kathuria is the Founder and CEO. It was incorporated in September 2014 as a Trust. The Trustees are Ipsita Kathuria and Shailaja Kathuria.

The vision and mission of TalentNomics India is aligned to that of TalentNomics Inc. TalentNomics India aims to:

• grow the women talent pool for leadership positions, globally but with a focus on Asia.
• identify and work with influential change agents who will support, guide and encourage these women to reach leadership positions
• create a network of organizations, CEOs, thought leaders, potential women leaders in public, private and government sectors across the region, to promote gender parity at leadership levels and eliminate pay gaps.

TalentNomics, India is governed by a Board comprising of leaders from private and public sectors and entrepreneurs. It is guided by an Advisory Council, an eminent group of experts from different fields who want to bring about change in this area.

In India, the mandate of having at least one woman in the Board of every listed company is a step in the right direction. However it is far from ideal. It is said that one woman is a token, two is presence, and three is voice. So India still has some way to go to ‘give voice to women’ in the corporate sector. The story is similar in other Asian countries and in other sectors too.

TalentNomic India’s mission is to transform the leadership profile through partnering with other like minded individuals, organizations, leaders and experts in the region and globally.
